What Love Looks Like (July 10, 2010)

Please watch this week's video of me in session working with someone to stay with what it feels like in the body when there is dissonance.  Approaching ourselves in the bodily sensations of vulnerability is what love looks like.  Have a look for yourself!

Your video was so helpful in seeing how specific and slow the process of tuning into the body is when we really want to listen. Your words about tuning in and listening as an act of love toward ourselves is so meaningful. Thank you!

I am new to the website, and I was reading back on past blogs, especially that from June 12th. Sam, I connected deeply with what you wrote because that was me too. Chuckles, I liked your suggestion. I have abandoned that sad little girl from so long ago, and I had never thought of going back to her now and loving her without judgement and with unconditional acceptance. Thank you.
