I have tried but I cannot sit still long enough to write a proper piece for the blog this week - I need to go play OUTSIDE! What about you?

I feel like I need to do the Grouse Grind - breathe in the air and have that space to just listen to my breathing, the birds chirping and the squirrels scampering.
